IASP is acutely aware of our responsibility of maintaining an enterprise-level networking environment which facilitates the continued publication of mission critical web applications and websites, and delivering corporate-grade e-mail services.
The IASP network is protected behind enterprise-level firewall firmware and
is remotely administered via a secure virtual private network.
IASP's physical network resources include a bank of wholly-owned, high-end
Web, Database, DNS, Mail, SMS and storage servers and related
enterprise-level networking equipment.
Every piece of networking equipment, including the servers, was replaced
with new equipment in July 2006 and extensive maintenance continues
regularly.
IASP's primary servers all contain dual Intel Xeon processors, dual power
supplies (connected to a high-end remote power management device) and all
servers contain 4 or more SCSI HDDs, which are Raided and hot swappable
(meaning all data is mirrored across multiple drives and can be immediately
removed and replaced in the event of a single HDD failure).
IASP also operates a secondary multi-homed Melbourne-based network with
redundant servers continuously monitoring the primary network and ready to
take over in the event of a critical server failure.
IASP provides enterprise level, low cost, dedicated server hosting and co-location rack space within a secure Canberra Data Centre.
IASP's distributed network monitoring service gives you the peace of mind that your network is running smoothly -- and that you'll be the first to know if anything does go wrong!
IASP's parent company - Enotia - delivers customised, integrated, web to desktop to mobile Internet customer relationship and business management applications.
