The instant a participant completes a new survey or test, the system performs a series of advanced background calculations and returns free basic feedback to participants regarding their leadership strengths and weaknesses.

From IASP's perspective, the real smarts of the system lie in the ability for Bryan to create customised online surveys and tests (for individual corporate clients etc.), and to "wire-in" the various result calculation criteria and feedback data based on the answers selected. When a new survey or test is added and the results criteria is integrated, the underlying system takes care of generating the relevant personalised results reporting based on the participants' responses.
