Elise spent most of her schooling years "translating" teacher and textbook talk for her classmates which has given her an excellent grounding for a career in support.
A rare combination of morning person and geek, Elise believes that good learners make the best teachers. "When you really understand the way someone thinks, it's much easier to explain a new concept or give instructions".
